To obtain the criminal record (Police certificate), you have to submit the documents on the following address : 3A Hincu str., Chisinau.
The request for Criminal record can be submitted only by:
- applicant ( with ID presentation)
- applicant's legal representative (upon presentation of the original power of attorney notarized and certified copies as appendix for the request.

So, as being the employer, the only way to check the criminal records for your employees is to ask them to present it (the criminal record) to you when they are hired.

Hi, My name is Iulia, I am moldavian citizen, but live in Australia for the last 7 years,and got australian citizenship as well. Would like to visit my family in Chisinau in May. I have a daughter (with different surname and papers from her father with the permission to leave the country)who will turn 1 at the time of the visit. The question is: Do I need visa, if my asutralian passport and moldavian passport are on different surnames?Does my daughter need visa? She flies on her own passport, but she is not mention anywhee in my passport.
