Sistemul Ministerului Afacerilor Interne dorește să angajeze în următoarele trei luni 2.400 de cetățeni ai Republicii Moldova. Absolvenții universităților și colegiilor pot deveni salvatori, pompieri, polițiști de frontieră, polițiști sau funcționari publici în cadrul aparatului central al ministerului.

Ministerul Afacerilor Interne în colaborare cu Ministerul Educaţiei, a desfăşurat în perioada 24 – 31 mai, curent, campania “Un copil informat - un copil protejat”. Campania a avut drept scop pregătirea elevilor de perioada estivală în ceea ce ține de securitatea personală, diminuarea violenţei, eradicarea victimizării copiilor și diminuarea riscurilor de accidente în timpul liber - în stradă, la scăldat, în condiții casnice.

The UN refugee agency (UNHCR) is pleased with Moldova’s steps towards accession to the two UN Conventions on Statelessness and the preparation of legislation on statelessness determination.
Late last month the Parliament passed laws on accession to the two UN conventions as well as the law on amendment and completion of certain legislative documents which will introduce national statelessness determination procedure.

Winstead, Head of Political and Economic Unit and Mr Jonathan Hayes, political-economic officer of the U.S. Embassy in Moldova.

On the 8th of December 2010, Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) organized the 4th International Donor Coordination Committee meeting with the participation of representatives of diplomatic missions, international organizations and the State Chancellery.

The feeling of personal security is the basic condition of the quality of life and may be most affected by crime. Thus, crime prevention has become one of the basic imperatives of MIA activity.
Ministry of Internal Affairs in collaboration with the Moldovan-Lithuanian Foundation “European Integration Studies Center” and the EU High Level Policy Advice Mission, financially supported by the European Union and UNDP Moldova, held on 3 November 2010, a roundtable on “Implementation of crime prevention policies”.
